The city of Independence, Ohio is celebrating its bicentennial this year with a series of programs and events.  Kim Scott, the former Cleveland TV and radio personality and fitness guru is Chairwoman of the Independence Bicentennial Committee.  She is joined in this interview by Wes Gaab, who writes the "Historically Speaking" column in The Independence Post newsletter.
